WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
The subscription-based services have a validity period. No cancellation of the subscription created will be entertained UNLESS the company fails to provide the services.
The Clients and Users can stop using services or delete accounts that they own and have created themselves.
The refunds for any transaction will be payable in case of the failure of completion of promised services related to the web application. The refunds will be processed back to the payee after proper verifications regarding the reason for the failure of services and all relevant checks. We are not liable for any losses incurred or delays caused towards any of the user/service provider's activities that may have required the usage of our product & services. Clients & Customers are required to verify the fulfillment of the services provided immediately and notify us in case of any lapse or failures that may arise from technical constraints that may or may not be in control of the company & brand. In such cases, they are advised to fulfill their service requirement in any alternate mode that may be available and acceptable for the completion of the task. Clients and Customers will need to inform and raise a support ticket to notify regarding any service failure or discrepancies. The same will be processed and addressed within 48 Working Hours. Pay-on-go modules refunds will be addressed and refunded on a case-to-case basis provided all relevant information regarding transaction events is provided to the support email within 48 Hours of such an event.
